    The organization belongs to the rural tribal belt Borasaamber of Odisha.The area is rich in cultural heritage in the field of art, dance, drama, sculpture etc. Taking rural experts of varius field Sachetan Hema has been formed since 2010. It is a nonprofit organization working to promote theatre & registered   under society act. The troupe has been performed a number of play in urban area as well as in rural area. The notorious play  among these are  like Balibadha, Sitachori,Pain ta Jivan,Bapar Penson Tanka,Danabeer Harischandra,Matimanishara   Koha(Awarded jury  direction   and jury actress at Hinddaalco  last year)   , Mandodari Swayambar,Mor kain  dosh(have been staged  25 no of places  so far ),Bhakua Raja,Dadan(awared best script writer, best  actor ,best  actress, best director  in  30th Lok Nataak Mahotsav Rourkela ),Abhimanyur Katha(awarded 2^nd best  script  writer and  3rd  best actress in  31^st Lok Naatak Mahotsav at Rourkela .

            The troupe has been worked upon folk songs, drama & dance, rituals etc and performed many unique style of play in various drama festivals and competition .The troupe comprising of amature and some semi professional artists who believe in hard work and continuous theatrical practices. We a busy troupe of our locality having much number of show per year. We have also experimentally produced a   dance drama Morgaon in a different style which has been performed to aware rural people in many village of Odisha.we use rare  music and art form  to conserve our own culture and heritage . 

            Theatre is our passion .Without theatre we cannot live. We believe in art, worship art  ,devote  much time in theatre.   We never  follow other style rather  than  we develop  a new method and style  experimentally and scientifically  .Our theme on play are different and unique. We choose progressive and revolutionary  plot that can give to the audiences reformation and brood them in their daily life-practice. . Not unreal, irrelevant, hollow plot plot has been used by our troupe but one can observe day to day solution with us. We oath to transfer some enforcement, some reformation, a revolution,a unique versatile temperament in our society.
