Teli Caste is neglected by Govt.in severals fields and struggling for OBC status since earlier in western part of Odisha revealed
1) YOUTH AWARENESS BY RAJKUMAR SAHU
From Adeloscence period Rajkumar Sahu was trying of his own level to reform the Teli Community in various aspects,often seeking arguments and collecting documents upon it.
A movement was initiated by Mr. Rajkumar Sahu and Dolamani Sahu to aware people about the ill or the bad impact of our social cultuture especially in Telisamaj of this locality.In the village of Malamanda a meeting was held in Patraphadi premises taking the local youth for reformation

2) Turned in form of convection
Planning before elders and well educated of our Teli samaj and noting down of their opinion by RKS in Pukhamunda,Bijepur.
3) A serial convection was held at Bishipali on 07.10.18

Delegates from different villages put theirs talk in the meeting at Bishipali.They all want an organization that to be registrsted legally.
Its beginning, miles have to go,have to fight for right,plz help and hope,sucess will knock our door.

4)Serial convention:
A get-together was detained at S.Dumepali village of
Bargarh, Odisha to boost the attentiveness outlook about the organizational
procedure to build up our Teli
community further on 14.10.18 .
Delegates from different parts of Odisha attended and expressed their views.
In discussion it found that Not obtaining OBC/SEBC status a
major crisis in some parts of Odisha.
In Hindi religion we
found ST, SC, General and OBC status peoples with varieties of communities dwell in rural and urban bodies.
Teli is one among them but in today’s
time in land record (patta) of a few
our community’s people found caste as Haldiateli or Ha.teli .Due to that
basis only they are now deprive of gaining
different facility of Govt since
independence to say. Telis are separated
into various sub verse and diversified elsewhere.
Who mentioned like that?? By
whom it noted?? Why our
forefather quite in this matter?? All
became made storms in our mind .Is the H. teli a separate caste from Teli? If not why all thease and who is responsible for all thease?? Where Article
340 of our constitution say to safe
guard the rights and benefits of OBCs people of the country but with the guidance of the president of India strictly! Kulta caste included but why not
Haldiateli in the list of OBC caste in state list of Odisha
,it the backwardness of us in fact.
What so ever this the time
for fusion to fight for our right and include our community to the state
and central list as earlier.
