Summary:
        Four days long science/math training of utthan of Rajborasambar 2nd phase held at LBSUGUP school of Padampur From 7/3/19 to 11/3/19 excepts Sunday  very smoothly and efficiently .34 nos of participants took  part in the training programme organized by Opepa  Odisha. It is a non-residential programme aim to enhance the capability of low learner of the govt elementary school mailnly class 6th ,7th and 8th .
As utthan is remedial based schooling learning programme for the progress of lack out competency of our students of our elementary school in Odisha.Here no pass or fail systems are in our education system upto class 8th ,it a sole liability of our engaged teacher to raise their skill and drive to accomplish the MLL of their child in school levels .
Participants like Mitanjali Padhan,Abhijit Mahanty,Promodini Bhoi,Pankaj Padhan,Sanjay Patel,Fakir Sahu,Sudam Sahu,Sudam Padhan,Rosan Sahu,Barik etc took  active part in discussion for our improvement.In between  days of training Pedagogy coordinator of Bargarh District,Tarachand sahu,Khamari Sir from opepa Bhubaneswar visited and pleased with the interface of the participants . It was monitered several times by the state level expert Resource Person like Tarachanda Sahu, on each day of the programme.
The RPs were Dayanidhi Das,Mr.Rajkumar Sahu and Mukunda Meher.Jayakumar Sahu ABEO,Tribrikram Panigrahi,Dhubale Bariha are also attend many times to share their views with the participants .
